HornAir 240 Air System

If you've got a horn, or plan to buy one, this is the kit to build around it. The 2 gallon tank will provide reasonably long blasts with quick re-fills from the ViAir 400C heavy duty compressor. This kit is perfect for those that don't have too much room to work with. This small, yet powerful system includes our fastest 150 PSI compressor, so it only takes 39 seconds to recharge your supply from 110 back to 150 PSI.

Compact but Powerful

This kit is not to be underestimated. Despite it being a 2 gallon (7.5 liter) reservoir, the included air pump is a powerhouse. This oversized pump can handle up to 5 gallons of air and will provide all the air you need. This package is perfect for filling up load leveling air springs. If your truck has air springs without a compressor setup, this is the perfect compliment. Please note that if you use horns, you will still need an air spring kit to connect the system properly.

The Little Extras That Matter

Unlike some other air systems, HornAir kits come with 10 and 18 gauge wire, and a complete wiring kit including a fuse holder. This takes out the guess work on your end and makes sure your system is installed correctly. Another great feature of HornAir systems is that they come with a standard 1/2in OD push-to-pull fitting. This means the horns you hook up with get all the air they need. Please Note: This HornAir system is not recommended for AirChime horns. We recommend using at least a 5 gallon tank with larger scale train horns like the P3, P5, K3, and K5; however, this kit is perfect for HornBlasters Shocker horns and most other horns that we sell.
